1. Overview

AtmanVault ships authentic gemstones, rudraksha, and spiritual artifacts with utmost care. Every order is packed in tamper-proof, premium packaging with full insurance coverage. We partner with trusted carriers to ensure your sacred treasures arrive safely.

2. Domestic Shipping (India)

• Metro cities: 3–5 business days via Blue Dart or Delhivery
• Tier-2 and tier-3 cities: 5–7 business days
• Remote areas: 7–10 business days; additional charges may apply
• All domestic gemstone orders include tamper-proof sealed packaging

3. International Shipping

We ship to over 80 countries via DHL Express and FedEx International Priority.

• Free Express Shipping: International orders above ₹25,000
• Standard International: ₹1,499–₹3,999 depending on destination and weight (7–14 business days)
• Express International: ₹2,999–₹5,999 (3–7 business days)
• All international gemstone shipments include export documentation and customs declarations
• Customs duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient
• Restricted items may not be shippable to certain countries — contact us before ordering

4. Order Processing

• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation
• Energized products require an additional 2–3 days for consecration rituals
• Custom jewellery orders require 10–15 business days for crafting
• You will receive an email confirmation with tracking details once shipped
• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day

Every AtmanVault order arrives in premium packaging designed to protect and honour your purchase:

• Velvet pouches for individual gemstones and rudraksha
• Wooden boxes for high-value gemstones and jewellery
• Tamper-evident sealed packaging with authenticity certificates enclosed
• Discreet outer packaging with no indication of contents for security
• Gift wrapping available at checkout with complimentary message card

6. Insurance

All orders above ₹5,000 are fully insured during transit at no additional charge. High-value gemstone orders (above ₹50,000) include enhanced insurance with declared value coverage. In the rare event of loss or damage during shipping, we will file an insurance claim and arrange a replacement or full refund.

7. Order Tracking

Track your order anytime using our Order Tracking page with your order number and email. Real-time tracking updates are sent via email at each shipping milestone.

8. Delivery Issues

• If your package shows as delivered but you haven't received it, contact us within 48 hours
• Failed delivery attempts: the carrier will make up to 3 attempts before returning the package
• Returned packages due to incorrect address will incur re-shipping charges
• Report damaged packages within 48 hours with photographs for immediate resolution
