Refund & Return Policy

1. Our Commitment

At AtmanVault, your satisfaction and trust are paramount. We offer a fair return and refund policy that honours both your needs and the sacred nature of our products. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

2. Return Window

You may return eligible products within 7 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. The return period begins on the date of delivery as confirmed by the courier tracking information.

3. Eligible Products

• General Products: Unopened, unused items in original packaging with all tags, certificates, and accessories intact.
• Gemstones: Eligible for exchange within 7 days if the laboratory certificate seal is unbroken and the stone has not been set in custom jewellery.
• Rudraksha & Malas: Returnable if unworn and in original condition with authenticity certificate.
• Crystals & Healing Products: Returnable if unused and in original packaging.

4. Non-Returnable Items

• Energized/Abhimantrit Products: Once consecrated through Vedic rituals, these items cannot be returned due to their sacred nature. This includes parad Shivlings, energized yantras, and abhimantrit rudraksha.
• Custom Jewellery: Bespoke rings, pendants, and settings made to your specifications.
• Personalised Items: Products engraved, customised, or modified per your request.
• Opened Consumables: Incense, oils, and puja consumables once opened.
• Sale/Clearance Items: Marked as final sale unless defective.

5. How to Initiate a Return

1. Email hello@atmanvault.com or contact us via the contact form with your order number and reason for return.
2. Our team will review your request and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) within 24–48 hours.
3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging with all certificates and accessories.
4. Ship to the address provided in your RMA. We recommend insured shipping for gemstones.
5. Once received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange within 5–7 business days.

6. Refund Processing

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after inspection.
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
• Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the product is defective or incorrectly shipped.
• For international orders, refund amounts are calculated in INR at the exchange rate at time of purchase.

7. Exchanges

We gladly exchange products for a different size, mukhi count, or equivalent value item within the 7-day window. Exchanges are subject to availability. Price differences will be charged or refunded accordingly. One free exchange per order for domestic customers.

8. Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs. We will arrange a prepaid return pickup and offer a full refund or replacement at no additional cost.

9. Authenticity Guarantee

All gemstones and rudraksha sold by AtmanVault are guaranteed authentic. If any product is found to be counterfeit or misrepresented upon independent laboratory testing within 30 days, we offer a full refund including testing costs.
